Festival combined with September is FesTember, and speaking of Festival we all know that when we hear that festival is coming many kids are being excited because there is a carnival being built in the town. They can play many games and also experience some awesome rides.


If you are a kid, one of your favourite ride is the Carousel because it is slow and cute. Never nang mawawala ito. And if you want much faster ride than this there are some other rides everyone can try, but if you are still young you must be guided by their guardian to be safe. And these rides are the spinning Jollibee, or caterpillar and the Ferris wheel.

            Nakakaengganyang sumakay dito lalo na kay Joliibee kasi every kid really loves Jollibee.Other than the rides, if you have a small amount of money that you can’t buy some ticket for the rides well everyone can play some games, like tossing coins at syempre hindi naman magpapahuli ang all time favorite ng mga oldies ang BINGO at Colorgame.

Festivals are not just rides and games; there are also a lot of things you can also buy in the “tiangge”. You can buy some cheap dress, shorts, toys, shoes and also delicacies every town has. And I notice that if there is a festival street foods and popcorn are always present.

            And speaking of Festival, Sariaya, Quezon is celebrating their fiesta at September 14. So if you want to try all the things that festival can brought to you just visit Sariaya, Quezon. But if you want a better idea, why not invest in Lumina Sariaya! Every year, Alitagtag municipality celebrates the Filipino tradition of Tapusan. And this tradition increasingly flourishing and becomes more vibrant through the years. The Tapusan is held every last day of May. This activity include flower arrangement at church, procession of floats containing floral arrangements, replicas of beautiful landscapes in the Philippines, images and statue of the Virgin Mary and sagala’s of citizens of Alitagtag. In Alitagtag, there is only one road in town, running east to west. Spectators usually go to the middle of the town to catch a glimpse of all eight floats, one for each village or “buklod”. Everybody in the parade walks slowly as they say the rosary. The band will be playing behind the float after each decade of the rosary. It is a very moving and festive experience. Being a legitimate  Tanaueño , I observed a lot of changes from our town.  Victory Mall is one of the Big Project of our Late Tanauan City Mayor Thony Halili . It aims to provide jobs and business opportunities to  Tanaueño . Also a place where we can shop, dine, play and walk around. It is indeed a remarkable success of his reign.
