From Batangas City/Port you may ride a bus from Batangas City Grand Terminal, drop off is SM Lipa.

Apart from these religious picture you are creating in your mind, you will also experience the cold climate in the city for it is also known to be the 3rd coldest city of the Philippines (next to Baguio and Tagaytay). Impressed enough by that? Wait there's more; The whooping population of around 400,000 makes the city more fun to stay at. People are kind and generous, they love talks and walks and will surely brighten your stay there. Hindi ka mauubusan ng pupuntahan, gagawin, pakikisalamuhaan at higit sa lahat kakaibiganin. Eh bakit ga hindi ka na laang dine tumira? Pwede? Hhhhmmmm saan naman ako titira sa Lipa?

The City also is a hot spot for the emerging real estate developments in the Philippines. With numbers of subdivisions rising in almost every barangays of the town, ikaw na ang bahalang mamili kung saan ka titira. You can find developments that are proximal to the town proper. One of which is Diamond Heights Subdivision. You may visit their website here to learn more about the project.
