A Taste of Greece in Batangas

Situated on the tropical paradise of Anilao, Batangas, matatagpuan ang maipagmamalaking “Little Santorini” at Camp Netanya Resort & Spa. With its strategic location, the resort creates a perfect experience for diving and snorkeling offering everyone can enjoy! 



Anilao’s breathtaking marine life, amazing coral formation, and diversity of fishes. Thank God for its natural beauty, its layered landscape create a resort feel of a total relaxation. 


They offer 48 guest rooms and villas, dive shop, wellness center and family-friendly facilities.  But in our experience, we availed the whole day tour amounting to Php 1700 including lunch, use of swimming pool, kayak, snorkeling gear and board games.



The place is perfect wherein you can enjoy a taste of a little piece of Greece. Stay in their Santorini-inspired villas and create a memorable selfies and experience! 


The resort offers a family friendly atmosphere. You can organize your family reunion here but take note that they can only accommodate 20-30 pax per day.

It was really fun-filled island hopping experience visiting the marine sanctuary and a white beach resort near the resort. Thanks KING JONATHAN! :D

Camp Netanya is literally a resort by the sea, which only adds more to that Greek elegance. With the view of the beautiful sea in front of you, and the dense trees behind you. The place creates a perfect place for underwater experience and a total relaxation.

Overall, a little piece of santorini is a total experience we all need! Filipinos are all lucky to witness the beauty of our country na pwede ding pang world class. Tunay na napakayaman ng Pilipinas sa magagandang pasyalan pero syempre, nangunguna ang Batangas sa napakaraming maipagmamalaking beaches. Sound “bias”right? kasi Batangueño tayo,  pero kung tatanungin mo ang mga Manileño, kung magout of town sila, Batangas ang una nila naiisip, imagine 2 hrs from Manila, malapit na hindi ka pa mauubusan sa nakakabusog na tanawin around the town! #travelgoalsachieved

Para di magastos sa pauli ulit na pagbisita sa probinsya ng Batangas, pwede natin ilaan ang mga natitira nating budget  sa “ala condo” type but an affordable house and lot of Lumina Homes in Batangas. They offer house and lot for minimum wage earners. O diba? Hindi mo na sakit sa ulo ang tutuluyan mo, nakatipid kana, may investment ka pa! The question is should I INVEST or should I TRAVEL? Is this the same question that bothers you?  Well, pwede mo naman piliin both basta may travel fund + investment fund. Hindi lang pala #travelgoalsaachieved #investmentgoalachieved din!

Every year, Alitagtag municipality celebrates the Filipino tradition of Tapusan. And this tradition increasingly flourishing and becomes more vibrant through the years. The Tapusan is held every last day of May. This activity include flower arrangement at church, procession of floats containing floral arrangements, replicas of beautiful landscapes in the Philippines, images and statue of the Virgin Mary and sagala’s of citizens of Alitagtag. In Alitagtag, there is only one road in town, running east to west. Spectators usually go to the middle of the town to catch a glimpse of all eight floats, one for each village or “buklod”. Everybody in the parade walks slowly as they say the rosary. The band will be playing behind the float after each decade of the rosary. It is a very moving and festive experience. Being a legitimate  Tanaueño , I observed a lot of changes from our town.  Victory Mall is one of the Big Project of our Late Tanauan City Mayor Thony Halili . It aims to provide jobs and business opportunities to  Tanaueño . Also a place where we can shop, dine, play and walk around. It is indeed a remarkable success of his reign.
